New Urbanization

CDB plays a central role in advancing urbanization which is key to the economic development of China. Since 1998, CDB has been providing financing services and intellectual support for infrastructure construction in urban areas. It has made great contributions to improving urban environments and promoting coordinated development of local economies and society, including a new model for the cooperation between financial institutions and governments, and an enormous pool of professionals in urban development.
